SSC (Staff Selection Commission) – Selection Process Explained



SSC yaani Staff Selection Commission India ka ek important government body hai jo central government ke liye staff select karta hai. SSC ke through har saal hazaron students ko government jobs milti hain jaise SSC CGL, CHSL, MTS, GD Constable, Stenographer etc.



SSC Ka Main Kaam Kya Hai?



SSC ka main kaam hai Group B aur Group C posts ke liye candidates ka fair aur transparent selection karna. Ye exams pure India me conduct hote hain.





SSC Selection Process Kaise Hota Hai?





1️⃣ Notification



Sabse pehle SSC apni official website (ssc.nic.in) par notification release karta hai. Isme eligibility, syllabus, exam pattern aur dates mention hoti hain.





2️⃣ Online Application



Eligible candidates ko online form fill karna hota hai.

Documents upload karne hote hain:

  • Signature ✍️
  • Educational details






3️⃣ Tier / Stage Wise Exams




📝 Tier 1 (Computer Based Test)



  • Objective type questions
  • Subjects:
    • General Intelligence
    • General Awareness
    • Quantitative Aptitude

  • Ye screening exam hota hai




📝 Tier 2



  • Thoda difficult hota hai
  • Subject-specific papers
  • Marks final merit me count hote hain

  • CHSL, Steno jaise exams me hota hai
  • Qualifying nature ka hota hai






4️⃣ Document Verification



Exam clear karne ke baad documents verify kiye jaate hain:
